Our story
Built around a household chore
Petz Direct begins with a familiar problem: premium pet food is essential, recurring and genuinely inconvenient to buy. It means driving to a store, carrying heavy bags, fitting it around a busy week — and then doing it all again a fortnight later.
At the same time, pet owners are perfectly comfortable buying everything else for their household online. Petz Direct brings those two things together: a premium online store with a WhatsApp concierge, where trusted nutrition is ordered conveniently and delivered with care.
Our ambition is not to become the largest online pet retailer in South Africa. It is to become one of the most trusted — and we would rather be exceptional in one community than average across many.
